Your Attorney

I am a graduate of Creighton University School of Law and Louisiana State University. I am licensed  to practice law in Nebraska and Louisiana. I have been a practicing attorney since August 2006. I have worked in private practice the majority of my career, but also worked as an attorney for the Nebraska State Bar Association for a few years. I also have fifteen years experience in real property management.

As an attorney I serve individuals in  the Omaha area and surrounding counties with DUI, criminal charges, and civil litigation.

I have worked in many areas of the law and could be considered a general practitioner. However, I am primarily a trial attorney handling criminal defense and civil litigation in business, real estate and construction disputes.

I am the proud father of two children, a son and a daughter. I am an avid gardener and outdoors man. I am an LSU football and baseball fan, even when the baseball team doesn't come to town.
